The winding driveway provides great privacy from the road and the cottage is surrounded by 5 acreas of towering pines,hemlock, birch,andis located just 5 minutes from Baysville on the southwest corner of Lake of Bays.

Spacious and luxuriously appointed we offer 5 bedrooms, 3 full exquisite bathrooms and the ability to sleep 14 people comfortably. From the main living room you can enjoy a great view of the bay and fire pit area or watch your favourite TV sports event while the fireplace keeps you warm. A new hexagon shaped sunroom nicely appointed with wicker furniture has just been added with large windows to catch the afternoon sun and leads to the lakeside deck and hot tub.

The lower walkout level is ready for fun with a beautiful slate pool table, fully equipped bar, bar tables,juke box, media room, and gym. From the lower level the path leads to either the custom built in out door barbaque or the fire pit,or continues on to the new boathouse with a very sunny deck. There is ample room to tie up a boat or just sit and enjoy the peaceful view.

Guest have enjoyed many hours of fun and exercise on the beach volley ball court. The cottage comes fully equipped with 5* luxuries including all new furniture, lien,everything you could want in the kitchen or bar, 2 propane fireplaces,full generator  back-up, satellite,high speed internet media room and each room is equipped  with it's own television and videos on demand.
